The Altelix Vented TP-Link® Enclosure is a weatherproof enclosure designed to provide indoor or outdoor protection for the TP-Link® AC1350 EAP225 V3 access point and PoE adapter.

Install Your TP-Link® Access Point Securely Outdoors
This sleek enclosure is molded from weatherproof UV resistant PC+ABS, a high tech thermoplastic blend of polycarbonate and ABS, for extreme durability. The door features reinforced hinges, dual latches and a tamper-proof locking screw with key to secure the enclosure. The wall mounting screws are concealed securely within the enclosure to prevent tampering. There is also a provision for a padlock. Two 3" inch air vents with rain shields and screens provide ventilation for the TP-Link® EAP225. This enclosure meets or exceeds NEMA 3R, 3RX and IP24.

Easy Setup
The equipment mounting plate of the NP17VA1C-TPL1 is pre-drilled to except the two mounting brackets that come with the TP-Link® EAP225. Simply attach the two mounting brackets to the plate and then install the access point and PoE adapter. Once the TP-Link® EAP225 and PoE adapter are securely mounted inside the enclosure, connect the power supply of the PoE adapter to the internal 120VAC power outlet. A special cable gland on the enclosure will allow a terminated Ethernet cable to be connected to the adapter. Plug the enclosure's 5 foot power cord into an outdoor outlet and you are up and running. If for any reason the access point needs to be removed, a handy removal tool is included with the enclosure which disengages the access point from the mounting bracket. This removal tool mounts to the plate so it is always available for use.

For PoE installations not requiring 120VAC power, the NP14V-TPL1 is a non-powered enclosure featuring an internal mounting plate that is pre-drilled to except the TP-Link® EAP225 mounting bracket.

RF Transparent Design
The non-metallic design of the enclosure and bracket is RF transparent and will not interfere with the WiFi signal range or coverage pattern.

Mounting
The NP17VA1C-TPL1 enclosure can be wall mounted using the included wall anchors. An optional pole mount kit is also available for mounting on poles or fence posts.
